5Rhythms is a creative, free-form movement practice that increases awareness. It is a safe space where we can explore ourselves: bodies, emotions, minds, and hearts. Just as in life, on the dance floor there are no rules: no movements to memorize, no right way to move, and no wrong way to express. Ann Kite teaches and produces 5Rhythms® workshops in Virginia and Maryland throughout the year. Workshops are taught by Ann or one of Ann's mentors.
